The data controller is AQUINT Health Group SAC, Av. Javier Prado Este 1510, San Isidro, Lima, Peru ("Cirugía 24 Horas"). We comply with Peru’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.
Data we process
What you send us to coordinate your care: name, phone, email, country and any medical information you share (diagnosis, tests, imaging). Health data is sensitive and is used only with your explicit consent.
Purpose
To review your case, send quotes, coordinate with the surgeon and clinic you choose, and follow up. We never sell your data or use your health information for advertising.
Who we share it with
The treating doctor and the partner clinic you choose, only as needed for your care. If you are outside Peru, communicating with us involves an international data transfer that you authorize by contacting us.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics and Google Ads to measure visits and contacts, only if you accept the cookie banner. You can change your choice by clearing this site’s cookies.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion or objection by writing to informes@cirugia24horas.com. You may also contact Peru’s National Authority for Personal Data Protection or your local data protection authority.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of your care and the periods required by health regulations.
